We have been searching here for this nudibranch for 20 years; they were not too uncommon on Enewetak Atoll in the early 1980s. We knew the type of "grasping" soft coral (Xenia) they live on and were always on the lookout for them here at Kwaj. Not an exact match to the Xenia but close enough to fool most predators. See the next photo for a view of the animal by itself. More photos.
