The medium sized "giant clam" and my all time favorite subject. The next few photos show but six of my favorites from several days of diving, exhibiting some of the amazing variety in color. This species is seen more often further up the atoll as they are a favorite food of the Marshallese and have been heavily harvested in the southern part of the atoll.
