Soft coral - Dendronephthya sp.

Dendronepthya are types of soft coral that can inflate and deflate with water and are not easily recognized when deflated. Some species seldom reach 15cm while others can extend to over a meter. This bright pink colored one was of the smaller variety and was exposed on a shallow spur.
