This Emperor angelfish is one we kept in our home aquarium for nearly 5 years. Given to us as a stunning juvenile at only 20mm, he matured into a beautiful adult who deserved his freedom. We discovered a good area quite a distance from Kwaj that is a perfect habitat for this species and where we have released several other fish over the years and been able to return after a few months to see them happily acclimated to their new life in the wild.
