Cephalaspidean sea slug - Chelidonura hirundinina

Chelidonura hirundinina (20mm) is one of several species quite commonly seen crawling in the open on sand among clumps of algae. This photo shows tiny tufts of sensory organs at the mouth used to find tiny flatworms it is believed to feed on.
