There were a dozen of these common sand anemones, Heteractis aurora, in one small area but this one reminded me an anemone you might imagine in a dream. It appeared healthy but a lack of algae in its tissues is not usually a good sign. We will have to keep an eye on this one and see what happens. 120mm
