Nudibranch - Phestilla lugubris

A very common nudibranch that feeds on hard coral. Phestilla lugubris is surrounded by its many egg cases. The living coral on the right is contrasted with the white coral on the right that has been eaten by P. lugubris. The small sand granules are covering tube worm casings.
