Skeleton shrimp - Caprella sp.

Small and not easily seen, skeleton shrimp (Caprella sp.) are not actually shrimp at all. Instead of legs, this strange animal has antennae, two grasping claws with saclike gills and hooked appendages at its base for holding on as it moves somewhat like an inchworm. This one is medium sized at 15mm.
