3-stripe clownfish - Amphiprion tricinctus

Another pair of clownfish, Amphiprion tricinctus, are tending silvery eggs that appear ready to hatch and can be seen just above the large dark female. This carpet anemone is known to have existed in this exact spot for over 45 years and was large even then. The female appears to be quite old as well, and clownfish are known to live over 20 years.
