Parasitic copepod?

Many open water fish seem to be host to parasitic Copepods. This very strange looking creature is a species found living just beneath the pectoral fin of a large Wahoo. The two long tube-like organs in the middle appeared to be filled with pink eggs. It was 12mm in length.
