The curiosity of these large snappers was not easily satisfied as they repeatedly charged trying to intimidate me with their stern yellow-eyed stare. Macolor macularis makes an adorable black and white aquarium fish when very young. This nearly adult snapper was at least 12 inches long (30cm).
