A large cucumber species often seen as a loaf-shaped mound of sand. The coloration of Bohadschia vitiensis, 12in, is mostly white although in areas of darker sand it takes on a more tan hue. When disturbed it often expels sticky tentacles called cuvierian organs as a defense as this one was doing.
