Many of our dive sites in Anilao had healthy populations of a very large fire urchin, Asthenosoma varium. Occasionally, a pair of Periclimenes colemani made their home at the top of one by clearing a small patch to cling to while enjoying the protection of the encircling venomous spines. 2cm (shrimp)
