Nudibranch - Phyllodesmium kabiranum

One of the most astonishing and memorable groups of animals in Anilao were the soft coral eating nudibranchs. If it wasn't for our sharp-eyed and knowledgeable guides, most would have missed. This is Phyllodesmium kabiranum. If it hadn't been for its two protruding tentacles, it could easily been mistaken for a clump of tunicates. 1.5 inches (4cm)
