Copepod

Very tiny blue Copepods only 3-4mm long washed ashore. They are very small marine crustaceans belonging to a group that can be found in nearly every environment. As with all the other animals that end up on the beach, how they manage to stay together out in the open sea is a mystery, at least to me.
