Sticky sucker anemone - Cryptodendrum adhaesivum

First discovered in 2012, we have enjoyed checking in on this Cryptodendrum adhaesivum now and then. A variably-colored anemone species, this one is distinctive and quite unique. Only a small portion of the anemone is shown with the rest retracted and partially hidden in coral. It appears it would extend to around 10 inches in diameter.
