Arc-eye hawkfish - Paracirrhites arcatus

Lurking among the branches of coral is the ever present hawkfish, Paracirrhites arcatus, who is a successful predator on inattentive or preoccupied prey. They are variable in color and normally around 2-3 inches in length.
