An impressive and common Doto species in Bali is the recently named Doto greenamyeri (15mm). The disk-like cerata contain branches of the digestive system but also small light pinkish balls that almost look like developing eggs. The only reference to these we have seen suggests they may be glandular structures, but we wonder if some egg storage might be going on up there prior to them being laid. We can see similar structures in some of our photos of other Doto species.
