Ascarosepion sp.
Crinoid cuttlefish
This apparently unnamed species
has been referred to in Humann & DeLoach (2010) as the Crinoid Cuttlefish.
The fan-like papillae on this one
resemble those of Ascarosepion
bandense but the alternating black and white spotting on the arms is
more like the crinoid cuttle.
