Dentiovula dorsuosa
(Hinds, 1844)
18mm
We saw two of these on their soft
coral prey, one at night at Eagle Point and the other during the day at Kitchen
Rock. Although it has a trace of papillae on the mantle, the lack of large,
distinct papillae across the ridge and the larger size would seem to separate
it from the similar but smaller Dentiovula mariae.
