Laticauda laticaudata (Linnaeus, 1758)
Blue-lipped sea krait

We found this one in the act of eating a moray eel, apparently the primary diet of this sea snake. L. laticaudata resembles L. colubrina, differing primarily in the black to dark blue upper lip and the generally bluer overall coloration.

Although we cannot clearly see all of the upper lip of the one below, it looks as though it may have been black, and the lighter bands on the body are distinctly blue.
