Novaculichthys taeniourus (Lacepède, 1801)
Rockmover wrasse, 30.0cm

The common name is from the habit of the adults of picking up and dropping rocks while hunting. I've also seen this called a dragon wrasse.

This small juvenile was in the sand and rubble at Melasti.
