Two-striped water monitor lizard

This is another large lizard, although less beefy than the Komodo dragon. We saw a couple of these in Ubud. The larger one climbing the palm tree was probably a bit less than 2m (maybe about 5 feet) long.

This young individual was crawling around the walkway at the resort.
