Whimbrels are common migrants at Kwajalein. They can occasionally be seen throughout the year, but are most common in winter.

They are often seen hunting on the reef.

This one appears to have caught a small fish.

This one nabbed a crab.

Three on Kwajalein's Emon Beach.

Another trio, along with two Turnstones, on the reef at Roi-Namur.
