Phyllidiopsis annae was found on the dark sand and rubble slope just east of the Liberty shipwreck at Tulamben. This species is very similar to Phyllidiopsis xishaensis, which we see occasionally in the Marshall Islands. One difference between the two is rhinophore color: black in P. annae and white in P. xishaensis.
