These were tentatively identified as Discodoris coerulescens based on similar animals observed in the Marshalls and the figure in Gosliner et al (2018). However, these specimens could be young Tayuva lilacina. They were under rocks on a shallow reef in the Tulamben area.
Although browner in color, this one appeared to ahve the same pattern and texture. It was found at night at Sidem.
This may be a young specimen, but it was very small and did not show enough detail to be sure.
