Paradise Reef

This reef is between the Liberty wreck and the Tulamben Dropoff. On either side of the reef is a nice black sand slope with lots of nudibranchs, including on our first trip in 2012 several small species of Trapania. The reef itself was rich with fish, including a number of blue male ribbon eels (Rhinomuraena quaesita), schools of jacks (Caranx sexfasicatus), and more. We also saw several kinds of ovulids feeding on gorgonians and a pair of pygmy seahorses (Hippocampus denise).
