This species is similar to but does not exactly match Hallaxa translucens. It is a rare species at Kwajalein and Enewetak Atolls. The first two shots show a 7mm animal found under a rock at a depth of 6m on a Kwajalein Atoll lagoon reef on 25 November 2007.
The animal below had just put down an egg mass.
The one in the three photos below was found and photographed by Christina Sylvester on the lagoon side of Kwajalein Island. It appeared to be eating that light grayish white sponge.
