These animals are similar to Platydoris inornata , but are more pustulose, more like coarse sandpaper rather than fine. If all these are indeed the same, they vary somewhat in color light to darker brown but have similar texture and markings. We have seen these at Enewetak and Kwajalein Atolls under rocks or in lagoon patches of Halimeda algae.
