Tritoniopsis sp. e140

This is most likely a form of Tritoniopsis elegans but we have kept it separate because of its yellow color. The first specimen below was found at night eating a small chunk of soft coral that was either Lobophyton or Sarcophyton on an Enewetak Atoll lagoon pinnacle reef. It measured 26mm in length.

The next three photos are some of several specimens found on some Sarcophyton soft coral on a Kwajalein Atoll seaward reef at a depth of about 15m on 23 February 2003.
