This unidentified species is known in the Marshalls from one specimen from Kwajalein Atoll. It was found at night in a leeward seaward reef surge channel cave at a depth of about 15m. The animal measured 21mm in length. It appears quite similar to a specimen figured from the Philippines as Pruvotfolia sp. 3 by Gosliner et al (2018).
