Samla riwo is currently known in the Marshalls from several specimens. The first was found under a rock on a shallow lagoon reef on 1 June 2010. Several more were in a clump of hydroids growing on some dead Millepora coral at a depth of about 25m on the seaward slope on 26 March 2016. The animals ranged from about 7 to 20mm in length. The first two shots show the lagoon specimen.
These are from the hydroids on the seaward reef.
