Flabellina sp. e778

At least two specimens of this Flabellina were found on the seaward reef slope on the western end of Kwajalein Island by Stan Jazwinski. They have some resemblance to Flabellina rubrolineata, which here at Kwajalein is also known exclusively from that same location. It appears to be what Gosliner et al (2015) call Flabellina sp. 2 from Malaysia and the Philippines, so the Marshalls represent another long range extension. Photos are by Jay Lord and Stan Jazwinski.
