These are just some of the species that resemble the widespread and well-known Phyllidiella pustulosa. While some of these are pretty easy to identify, others can be quite difficult to tell apart. I believe that a number of the identifications made on various web pages and in some books are erroneous. I've put a fair bit of skull sweat into trying to determine which species is which, and have changed my mind several times in the process.
