Vexillum cavae (Reeve, 1844)
13.9mm

Vexillum cavae is rare at Kwajalein, having been found only a few times in small caves at night on lagoon pinnacles and the seaward reef at a depth of about 16m. The ID is questionable, as it does not match too closely the shell figured in Robin's 2008 Encyclopedia of Marine Gastropods.
