Vexillum millecostatum
is moderately rare at Kwajalein. Specimens can be found under rocks or in caves
at night on lagoon pinnacles or the seaward reef at depths of 6 to about 20m.
This species comes in two distinct color forms, the darker one less frequently
seen.
This one is eating the animal out of a Tectus fenestratus shell.
