Vexillum unifasciale (Lamarck, 1811)
22.6mm

Vexillum unifasciale is moderately common at Kwajalein in a range of lagoon, pinnacle and seaward reef areas, usually under rocks or exposed at night at depths of 5 to at least 23m. Like the similar Vexillum crocatum, Vexillum unifasciale is highly variable in color. It is possible that some of these might not be the same species.

Three color morphs are feeding on a Coralliophilia violacea.
