Several of these were found parasitizing a species of holothurian at a depth of about 1m in a reef quarry off Kwajalein Island. It could be a variation of what we are calling Melanella sp. 1. The generic designation here is just a guess based on its sea cucumber host. The shape of the shell looks like it perhaps should belong in another genus.
