Favartia crouchi Sowerby, 1894

We have long known this small Favartia as F. guamensis, which is apparently a synonym of F. crouchi. They are uncommon, but specimens have been found under rocks by day or in small ledges and caves at night on lagoon pinnacles and both eastern and western seaward reefs. It comes in two color forms, yellow and pink.
