Clavus
delphineae Kilburn, Fedosov & Kantor,
2014
12.8mm
Clavus
delphineae is moderately rare
at Kwajalein, usually under rocks by day or exposed in ledges and small caves
at night at depths from about 12 to about 20m on seaward reefs, or occasionally
on sand or in Halimeda patches on lagoon reefs.
The pattern is right, but the much
reduced shoulder ridges on the whorls of this empty shell make the ID uncertain.
