Etrema cf polydesma Hedley,
1922
9.8mm
These
are similar to the one we are calling Etrema polydesma in the dark
staining around the aperture but appears to ahve a much smoother shell. One
specimen was found in a cave at night at a depth of about 16m on a Kwajalein
Atoll lagoon pinnacle, another under a rock on a shallow lagoon reef and a third
brought up in a sediment sample from about 61m on the seaward reef.
