Etrema
scalarina (Deshayes, 1863)
8.3mm
Etrema
scalarina is rare
at Kwajalein. It has been found in caves at night on lagoon pinnacles and under
rocks on the seaward reef, and empty shells have been brought up from as deep
as 60m on the seaward slope. These do not exactly match other figures of E.
scalarina on the web, and the identification remains tentative.
