Eucithara
sp. 42
8.4mm
The
color pattern on this one closely resembles that of the one we are calling Eucithara
sp. 39. They may be the same species, but the current shell is more elongate
and a bit longer than the other and for now we are treating them separately.
This single empty shell was brought up in a sediment sample from about 30m
on the seaward reef.
