Phyllodiscus semoni

This is a closer shot captured from video of the Lone Palm specimen. A small piece of one of its companion clams is visible at lower left. We have been back to visit this anemone several times, and while it is still there, the smaller of the Tridacna maxima clams has disappeared. Something, possibly an octopus, must have pulled the clam out of the reef and carried it off.
