Millepora exaesa Forsskål, 1775

This Millepora encrusts the bottom sending vertical roughly rectangular or oval columns growing upward. This is common on the seaward reef and on lagoon pinnacles, particularly those near passes and exposed to a lot of current. However, they can grow just about anywhere.

The next one is beginning to bleach.
