This has been suggested a species of Takedromia. Like others in the family, it usually is seen holding a clump of sponge over its shell. We have seen these on lagoon and seaward reefs.
This one had apparently lost its sponge, giving us a view of the entire crab.
Note how the pair of rear legs articulate up over the top of the shell. These are the legs used to hold the sponge.
