Holothuria impatiens has been determined to be a species complex of at least 12 species, and we have seen at least five apparently different ones that seem to fall into that complex. This one is probably an undescribed species that has been referred to as the "tiger" variety. Only the anterior end was observed on numerous occasions stretching out of a hole in the seaward reef at night. Other members of the impatiens complex are on separate pages.
