Holothuria? sp. 2
25mm

The identification of these is uncertain; they could also be juveniles of Lapidodemas. The tiny yellow sea cucumbers are common, sometimes very common, under rocks on some lagoon and pinnacle reefs at Kwajalein. They may be juveniles, but the few possible adult forms in the areas where these are common makes it hard to guess what they might turn into. If I had to make a guess, I might go with Holothuria leucospilota, which can be found on the same reefs but not at the numbers the juveniles would suggest.
