Gymnothorax cf monochrous (Bleeker, 1856)
Monochrome moray

This identification is a guess. Although we can see only the head, the solid brown coloration is consistent with descriptions of Gymnothorax monochrous, which is listed as being in the Marshalls. It also kind of looks like the giant moral, Gymnothorax javanicus, but juveniles of that species often have black spots on the head behind the eye. The individual photographed below was quite small as indicated by the below and on the sides, which were each probably only about 25mm in diameter.
