This foram forms disks up to at least 15mm in diameter and is often found attached to Halimeda plants in lagoon algae patches. It is likely the same species as those figured as sp. 2, sp. 3 and sp. 4, but we separated these out due to the more distinct honeycomb texture of the test.

Tiny white Foram sp. 5 attach to the same Halimeda plant.
